Rent a car without a driver in Irkutsk

Requirements for tenant
Age – from 25 years when renting a car without a driver;
Driving experience – from 3 or 5 years at the rental of a car of a representative class;
Registration in Irkutsk or Irkutsk region is not required;
Russian citizenship is not required.

Required documents
General citizenship passport – for citizens of the Russian Federation;
National passport – for foreign citizens;
Foreign citizens take a car for hire upon presentation of an entry visa or migration card;
Driver’s license.

Rental conditions for car rental
100% advance payment in any convenient way for you: cash, plastic card, bank transfer;
Payment is made for the entire period of rental car.
The car is rented for a period of not less than 24 hours (one day) from the moment of receiving the car. When renting a car for a shorter period, the payment is charged as for the whole day.
The delay in the return of the car for a period of more than 2 hours is paid as a whole day.

Additional car rental conditions
The delivery and return of cars in the office are made from 8.00 to 20.00 without days off;
Delivery and refund of a rented car at the customer’s address is possible for regular customers by prior request and if there is a technical capability according to the tariffs;
Rented car is allowed to use within the Irkutsk region. For departure outside the Irkutsk region, it is necessary to agree with the Lessor. The limit for the daily run of a car that is rented is 200 km. If the limit is exceeded, payment is charged according to the tariffs.

Insurance
The tariff includes third party liability insurance (MTPL), insurance in case of theft and damage to the car. Uncoverable liability when renting a car in case of damage, as well as in case of theft of the car and / or its parts is equal to the amount of the security deposit.
This means that the amount of the security deposit is blocked on the Tenant’s credit or debit card. If you do not have a credit or debit card, you can deposit a security deposit in cash. A security deposit is the amount within which the Lessee is liable to the Lessor for damage caused to the car, provided that the Client complies with the terms of the Lease Agreement and provides information about the accident.

Attention: in case of violation by the Tenant of the terms of the Car Rental Agreement, incl. Failure to provide information about road accidents, the latter bears full financial responsibility for the damage caused, not limited to the amount of collateral. The Lessor has the right to write off the amount of damage from the Tenant’s credit card without further authorization or claim damages through the court.
A security deposit is a guarantee of compliance by the Lessee with the conditions of the Rental Contract for a vehicle without a driver. After the car is returned and the final payment is made for car rental, the amount of the security deposit on your card will be unlocked, and if paid in cash, it will be refunded.
